Anyone know if it's possible to build a DIY version of this slow release system for Chlorine Dioxide?

I've seen these kind of things on sale online - but I was wondering if it's possible to build something like this at home using stuff you might have in the home and using MMS + Citric Acid ?
I was thinking if I can make something like this and keep it in my bedroom then for 8 hours a night it might be a good way to take in MMS as well as kill any mold / bacteria in the room?

at first glance is this a simple mix of dust, SC+activator?
if yes DIY, but the release of gas depend always of the humidity level, no humidity, no gas. if is for bad odors put a bowl of water in the room and change often.
maybe if you put the mix very cold in ice water...
if you play with dust test first with little quantities, test a bit under the impact of a hammer...
