And, if MMS1 was used (as made for ingestion) there would be less CLO2 gas generated than if the inhalation protocol was followed, because there is no water added in the inhalation protocol.

ClO2 kills bacteria that serves as cancer in the body - it won't cuase cancer in the same manner if in OD. Only risk is temporary inflamation to the nasal mucus membranes and some lung reaction which will pass.
The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.

I see in the USA you can buy products advertised for removing bad odors and mold and they work on a slow release over30 days so it's safe to be in the house or boat - wonder if this is a good way to take in MMS?
