what is the recommended time to retain the 4oz mms enema? i aim to hold for an hour, but sometimes i just cant, how long does the mms take to be absorbed?

luigimms, I would guess that the chlorine dioxide will be used up in a short time. Would probably be best to do more than one enema each day for a short time rather than one enema for a long time. Similar to low oral hourly dosing.

Just my opinion; don't have any testing data to prove my statement.
