spitting up mucus

After I drink 8oz of CDH (made with HCL...a 3+3 formula) I start spitting up mucus, I spit for a couple hours, it's clear.
I've only drank it two times, but both times I spit like crazy.
Can anyone tell me what this means??

Dawna, can you tell us exactly how you made that CDH? And, have you just started a protocol? If so, then you would need to start with lower dosing. 3+3 sounds like 3 minute CDH which equates to a 3 drop dose of MMS1, which is the maximum recommended for protocol 1000.

I took the 5 day class in Puerto Vallarta. While in class we drink 3+3 drop all day....I didn't have the problem of spitting then.

I used a baby bottle with the tube, put a plastic teaspoon of MMS and a teaspoon of HCL in the baby bottle, and had the bottle sitting in warm water and then the other end of the tube in an 8 oz. jar of distilled water, waited for the gas to bubble into the jar. I don't test the results, just go on color, it's light pale yellow, looks like what we made in class.

I also spit like crazy when I drank MMS1 (3+3 drop, both citrus acid or HCL)...( a couple weeks ago)....but not after a MMS2 capsule.

This spitting goes on for 8 hours! every 10 seconds for the first 3 hours, then it tapers off.

I am wondering if I have a fungus-yeast build up as my tongue is always white. And I have a headache now. I took it because I felt a cold coming on...no signs of a cold now.

Using the baby bottle as a reactor and a jar of distilled water for the receiver is the heating method of making CDS. That method is not really recommended, rather the non-heating overnight method is safer and has less chance of gassing unwanted stuff into the distilled water.

It sounds like you may be having Herxheimer reactions. I would reduce the hourly dose and see if the problem goes away.

I'm not taking it hourly, I only drank it yesterday once and this morning once.

My tongue is now golden in color, guessing the fungus is dying...
