New to MMS, I have lots of questions...

According to the instructions that i got im taking 2 drops of 50% citric acid to one drop of mms.

shimritss, that is not the correct recipe. You must make MMS1 using one drop of MMS and one drop of 50% citric acid or 4% HCL. You say you are making MMS1 with two drops of citric acid and one drop of MMS. That is too much citric acid.

After telling that to the person i got it from he said that i have to take it the way HE told me cos its different,
Im not gonna take it any more and will turn to one of your recommend suppliers here and start it again...

Nausea could also be related to not eating also. If you eat and don't take it on an empty stomach you will probably be a lot better off, but if you take it on an empty stomach without eating properly for eating for 8 hours you might feel sick or actually be sick.
