I would suggest not to ingest either MMS1 or MMS2 but instead use only CDS held in the mouth and not swallowed. This is known as the Mouth Holding Method (MHM). This method is similar to topically applying CLO2 to exterior skin, but here you want CLO2 in contact with the pharynx, tonsils and larynx.

Let us know what process you try and its effectiveness.

Mix a solution of CDS (3000 ppm 3ml/oz distilled water) in a small spray bottle. 10 - 20 sprays in the mouth frequently every day. I haven't had a sore throat in 6 years. Start slowly . I start that protocol (my own) when ever I feel the start of the nasties.
