mms2 and severe heartburn

I started taking cds 30/12/14 and tried to introduce mms2 on the second day but experienced severe heartburn sensation. Stopped everything till discomfort ceased, then started the next day but only taking 1/4 dose of mms2 and seemed to handling ok. This morning thought I'd take full capsule of mms2 and again severe heartburn sensation. Is there something i can do to ease the discomfort.

Some people start with just a few grains. I think you are increasing the dosage too fast. Work up slowly and when you find a limit, back off a bit and stay at that dosage for a few days. Try to go back up, if possible. You many not reach a full dose which is a half-full size 0 capsule of MMS2. Take with lots of water. Read P4000 on dosing vs body weight. Smaller people take less.
