HI, I have been taking the MMS size2 tablets. I take them straight like a pill with 8 ounces of water. Have I been taking them wrong? Do they work the way I've been taking them? I thought I read somewhere I could do that, but cant seem to find that info. Should I still be activating the tab first with a solution then filling glass with water?
Need help please.
