Hi I have just purchased CDS and want to use it for mercury toxicity and serious gum disease. I am very sensitive and soon react to things. Can anyone tell me how to best use the CDS as a mouth wash and has anyone used CDS for mercury toxicity

Very slowly! if sensitivity is a problem. I'm not sure what strength CDS your using but if if I'm using CDS as a mouthwash I also make sure that the CDS is diluted enough until there is no colour in the mouthwash. Less, more often, I think is the best approach. When you have the mouthwash in your mouth, swirl it around for a minute, spit it out and rinse again. I usually make a glass full of mouthwash at time and I'd do a mouthwash once a day. As for the mercury poisoning, do you know specifically how much is in your system or are you like me? Railway tracks of mercury across the teeth, cutesy of local dental nurse as a kid.

You could also try Zeolite powder which is supposed to remove heavy metals. Here & here is some info.

Well I tried 2 drops of cds in water and brushed teeth and gums then swilled it around my mouth. It wasnt long before my teeth hurt more and I could feel movement in the parts that have mercury in and my head hurt. This went on most of the night and the next morning all of my head hurt so I took plenty of Vit c and it all stopped. Any ideas.

How dilute is your solution when you are about to put it in your mouth? I make sure I see no colour before using it as a mouth rinse, still get the taste though. So two drops in a glass of water should be fine but two drops in a teaspoon of water, not. Use less ClO2 and try just swirling around the mouth for a minute and not brushing. Each person probably has there own tolerance level and your tolerance level seems lower than others, so go slowly. Good luck.

I used 2 drops of cds in a tumbler full of water but prior to that I got some undiluted CDS onto my chin. I wonder if it was that that caused a reaction.

Usually, undiluted CDS won't cause any reaction on healthy skin. Even very strong CDS such as 20,000ppm won't do anything unless there is a pathogen to kill. When brushing my teeth I add 3 or 4 drops of undiluted CDS or CDH to a small amount of baking soda plus a little water to make a paste.

You may be very sensitive and if so, then more dilution would be needed.
