Confused about vitamin supplimentation while taking mms was created by healthygirl1
Hi, is it okay to take magnesium, vitamin A and B vitamins while taking MMS? I know vitamin C is not a good idea, but what about the others?
Thanks!

Personally, I take all my supplements 2 hours after my last MMS1 dose of the day. That allows the time from then to the next day, when I start MMS1 doses again, for those supplements to dissipate in the body. And allows MMS1 to do its job effectively.

are there suppliments that you avoid, other than vitamin C?

Because I take all my supplements after the last MMS dose of the day, I don't worry about taking Vitamin-C or any other supplement that is an antioxidant as they should be gone by the next morning. And, antioxidants in foods should not be a problem except for oranges and similar high Vitamin-C content fruit. Just do the best you can.
If you think CLO2 in MMS is being reduced by antioxidants in foods you are eating during the day, you could increase your MMS/CDH/CDS dosing to make up for the loss.

Hello,
What do you suggest in this situation? My doctor recommends that I take 3 capsules of a supplement (celadrin with MSM) at each meal of the day, and 4 capsules of a supplement (acetyl-l-carnitine and carnosine) every second day during dinner, better absorption, I imagine, with food. Nothing has vitamin C or ascorbic acid. Do you think these would diminish the effectiveness of MMS?
