Can i use sterile water with mms?

Can i use Dmso with sterile water too?

What is your definition of "sterile water"? Usually it is best to use distilled water if available. Otherwise, use the cleanest water you can get.

You can buy water distillers here. I have been using this brand and model for a couple of years without any problems. Note the high reviewer ratings.

I bought a bottle of water for injection its a sterile one i have a bottle of distiled water too, but logicly the cleanest one is the water for injection no ?

Sterile water for injection is probably saline water which contains salt. Probably don't want to use that. I personally would use the bottle of distilled water, however my understanding is that some commercially produced distilled water is pre-treated with UV (?) can't recall, but an article said the pre-treatment was not good. Even if it was pre-treated, it is better than tap water.

So now I get the difference between the two ones,and thats why it better to prepare our distilled watter at home thanks you for your clear explication.
