Good morning all. I was just curious if anyone had any thoughts or knew if it was ok to use cds/mms while on blood pressure medication. Ive had issues with high blood pressure in the last year or so
and diet change and exercise had done a lot to improve things, but I am still on prescription meds that I really want to get off as soon as possible. Any feedback or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Oh also I'd like to add that I have been drinking apple cder vinegar as well as a cup of water with cayenne pepper in it daily as well if that makes any difference in regards to effectiveness of the mms/cds
