maintenance and vit C

Hi all
it is few days i am in maintenance dose , two 3 derops before sleep . and i want

to start to take liposomol vit C in the morning , as liposomol vit C life time is 48 hours ,

make me worry for my mintenance dose , pls any body has experince , i am waiting for

advice ,
