Has anyone tried the new MMS tablets? Just curious for some opinions and if they are as effective or more effective? Might they be tastier for cats to take?

ALSO

I am sure I saw somewhere in the literature that there is a recipe for MMS Salve. Could someone direct me to that location if they know it?

Thanks!

I have been using the mms tablets for a few days. They seem to be as effective as the liquid. They're easier for me to take because the liquid burned my throat. I put the tablet inside of a gel cap to make sure it doesn't get stuck in my throat.

I would not recommend trying to give these to a pet. I think the dosing is way below what we would get so you would have to cut the tablets and they're already very tiny. And, if any of it got stuck in the throat it would burn badly.

I think probably the only way to get a cat to take it would be to follow the dosing instructions for liquid and use a dropper. You'd have to be careful to watch for signs that it was causing throat irritation also. I think if they stopped wanting to eat that might be an indication.

Good luck!

Do you think it is ok to make up all of the gel caps for one day in the morning? Do you think any moisture will get in there?

thanks!!

The MMS capsules must be made at the time of use as they dissolve quickly.

allyson, it may depend on the humidity where you live, if too much would be trapped inside the capsule. If you get some tablets, would you try your idea and tell us what happens? You would easily be able to see if the tablets dissolve inside the capsules to know if your idea would work.

You could start out with just one tablet inside one capsule and see what happens throughout the day. If it survives 8 hours, then it would seem to be okay to use that technique. Also would be nice to know the humidity in the room where you do the test.

Thanks!

Sorry, I need to read the whole thread! Thought you were talking liquid.

I will try the tabs in a capsule and let you know.

So the question of the day is... How do I check humidity? I am sure there is something I can buy, right?

Yes, you should be able to find an expensive temperature-humidity meter. Here is one at Amazon . Look at other sellers on that page and will find one selling it for 10 bucks with free shipping and no minimum purchase.

When you take a tablet out of its foil packing, try not to touch the tablet with your fingers as that may add moisture and cause it to activate.
