Best protocol for Genital Herpes help

I've been using following MMS Protocol 1000+ for almost 2 weeks yesterday had severe vomiting and diarrhoea,stomach cramps, nausea. I discontinued use still got Diarrhoea and stomach cramps taken the day. I am just wondering I noticed on MMS Protocol List, from MMSanswers.org that it advises Protocol 1000, spray bottle protocol

Should I be using Protocol 1000 in spray form rather than ingesting MMS 1000+?

Also how often should I spray the region where genital herpes outbreaks occur?

How is the treatment going for you? Are you rubbing MMS+DMSO on your lower back?
