My first night after starting MMS my ankles and feet swelled till they hurt. I do have trouble with swelling but it usually is not so bad that it hurts. Can MMS help with swelling or does it tend to make it worst if a person has that problem to start with?

My toes used to click when I walked. Then I took MMS and for the first 3 days my toes felt like they were on fire. After that they never clicked again. I think with MMS you have to expect certain things to get worse before they get better.
