Distilled is better if available.

Jim used reverse osmosis water in Mexico. Distilled is always better, as Denise said - if you are making an individual dose, you can use tap, but if you are making a daily bottle where the MMS will sit in the water for 7 or more hours, use the distilled.

Pam, i am not using a daily bottle ,i making up the day’s supply of MMS doses for Capsules i making up drop for an 8 hour day i put 24 drop of of MMS 24 drops of citric acid and 32 drops of water so in this case is that ok to use tap water ? Cause is what iam doing
