I have seen improvement-2 outbreaks in last 2 mths-as opposed to fortnightly-though OB now enduring chronic.
I have been dosing hourly with CDH for 8 hours-road tripped across Spain at the same time.
After day's dosing done i drink wine and smoke a few joints.Maybe this is the problem.
I also havent had my mms 2 with me -to hit the herpes with when it outbreaks.I had to discontinue
baths and sprays.
My new plan is to cut the tobacco and wine out of the equation-and dose up until bed-time..
Any advice or input welcome..

For herpes also take Lysine supplements and reduce Arginine
