Hi, can anyone tell me while taking activated MMS drops if there are certain foods or beverages that need to be avoided. Is there anywhere I can obtain this type of info?

Generally we avoid Vitamin C as that inactivates the MMS. It is best to keep food about 2 hours away from your MMS dose.

If we are doing protocol 1000, how can we wait two hours away from dosing?

Have breakfast, wait 1-2 hours do Protocol 1000. Have lunch wait 1-2 hours resume Protocol and so on.
It is workable but different!

Horsefeathers, I didn't realize this was an option! I have been obsessively doing doses right on the hour for 8 hours and having only healthy snacks At the half hour mark, as needed. I begin by 7:00 and try to finish by 3:00 so I can enjoy a healthy meal at 6. Although two weeks into the protocol, I still don't have any appetite. No nausea, the doses just kill my appetite completely. Thank you.

I have been taking MMS drops every hour but have a light meal 15-20 mins after taking the drops. I would like to know if you can have the odd cup of tea or coffee while taking the drops?

No, coffee and tea are strong antioxidants.

Thank you Pam, What about Just Rooibos naturally caffeine free organic tea, Is that ok to drink or should I just stick to peppermint & herbal teas? Is there a web site I can look up what food & drinks to avoid while taking MMS ? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The diet is not difficult. The difficult part is being aware of antioxidants - once you know them, you're home free - since MMS works by oxidization, and the two cancel themselves out.
I'd look up Rooibos Tea for it's antioxidant qualities - and go from there.
