I'm not new to MMS, I've gone through the protocol 1000 successfully years ago.

Now I've tried CDS for the first time and it went well (I've used only small Clara-Protocol doses).

But since I'm taking 24 drops CDS daily before bedtime I'm experiencing a severe constipation.

I'm hoping that this could be a kind of die-off reaction, but I'm afraid that I may have killed off "good" gut bacteria (is that even possible?).

Any advice?

(It has to do with the oxygen reduction principle or ORP of the two things - they don't attract each other. THat said, I have, on occasions, noticed a little dehydration - and, of course, dehydration will make you constipated - so I always try to get enough extra water with each dose - The following user(s) said Thank You: fourfingerz, Researcher
