I am taking 1000 mg of MSM and 1000 mg of Vitamin C (in tablet form) morning and evening for my knees. I also take my daily MMS maintenance dose before I go to sleep. Often I get home very late and am faced with having to take both of my evening preparations before bedtime. I would like to know what the minimum amount of time is that I need to leave between taking the Vitamin C and the MMS so that the former does not cancel out the latter. Thank you very much.

Generally the Vitamin C and MMS are separated by about 2 hours.

I am less interested in "generally" than in what the MINIMUM] time needs to be. From what I understand, MMS stays in the body only about an hour so what would speak against a one hour interval?. It's just that I frequently I come at 10/11 pm and it would make it much easier not to have to stay up too late . Thank you for perhaps giving me a more exact guideline..

Pam, could you please comment on my last question, if possible? Thank you, Hannelore
