Hi,

Iam taking my mms in an empty stomack duing 8 hours i only eat 3 hours before the first dose and a hour after the last one i am just avoiding the antioxydant but should i avoid the sugar too ? :(

No - and you don't have to be so strict through the day,, unless you want to, totally your choice.

Fasting is more adapted to my shedule and now it makes it more easy knowing that i can eat ice cream and cheescake :)

Pam i forgot to ask about the antioxydant , i know i have to wait 3 hours before taking the mms but can i eat some antioxydant food just an hour after my last dose of day wihout food neutralizing the mms ?

Jim has written a couple of newsletters on pH (which is really about the foods we eat) -

What you're avoiding is concentrated Vitamin C or ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate, or Vitamin E, or Vitamin A - so, avoid all these in the supplement form - take them at the end of your dosing cycle, about 1-2 hours after your last dose for the day.

Most antioxidant foods are whole foods with all the fiber in them - those do not affect the MMS as negatively - so you can have them - at the least 15-30 minutes away from your dosing.
