Apple Cider Vinegar

Is it OK to take apple cider vinegar when using MMS? I don't mean as an activator, and I don't mean at the exact same time as my MMS dose, but maybe like a half-hour before. It's confusing to me that apple cider vinegar and lemon juice can both be used as activators for MMS, but Kerri Rivera says not to use either of them when using MMS.

They will activate, but at some point they roll over and the ppms drop. Take it at th end of the day, just to be safe.

Thanx, Pam. What do you mean by "roll over"? Also, do you think an hour before my first dose of MMS would be OK, or is that still took close?

I mean that at some point, the activation ceases to happen and the actual PPMs drop from their high point to a lower point.

Take it at the end of the day to be safe.

That said, it's your body, Tely, and you ultimately are the one responsible for it, as I know you know.
