I'm doing protocol 1000 was created by tfoley002
Hi
I have arterial blockage due to heart disease and high blood pressure so I'm doing protocol 1000. I'm wondering if the doses have to consecutive without meals in between. I have been waiting a hour after eating before I continue.

Hi!
Yes, consecutive. Time out for meals like you said.
All the best,
Denise

Denise is absolutely right - at least 30 minutes between your meals and your dosing.

Pam & Denise thanks for your quick response.
I'm wondering if my meals are diluting my doses. I see OJ is one culprit and other antioxidants also. I think I eat pretty well but before my dinner I have a glass of red wine and my desert is plain Greek Yogurt with mango chunks and coconut oil. I have read these are good for my BP issue. I wait an hour or more before dosing again but I'm wondering how long the contents of my meals affect my blood.
Also am I right in understanding that the capsule method for protocol 1000 is only 3 drops eachj in a capsule followed by a glass of water and nothing else in it. The DMSO capsule has me confused it's the only explanation I can find re: MMS capsule.

HI
The DMSO is, I believe, 1 drop for every 1 drop MMS. Please somebody correct me if I am wrong. Hopefully, that answers your confusion about DMSO.
My guess, as far as your meals are concerned, is if you suspect your food is interfering with your MMS then separate them a little more. But it sounds like you are doing well. However, I have found, that it is often good to follow your "haunches".
