I use green vibrance and rainbow vibrance (these are fruits and veggie powders) in a smoothie everyday for my brunch, along with lots of fruits and veggies. I know we are suppose to stay away from antioxidants to close to mms. Do I have to wait the 2 hours to start mms or can I just treat as a meal and wait 30 minutes?

You can do it 30 minutes away from your meals. If you notice the MMS is not working for you, you may have to change your position on these for the period of time you're on protocol. However, you would be the one to assess it.
