Hi,

Pam, can i spray mms topically as JH advises, more often than 3-4 times daily? My grandaughter has a elbow infection that is no clearing up as well as i would like.

Sure - IMHO, you could spray every 15 minutes or so. Or, you can make up a "footbath" and let her soak her elbow in it, that should also be helpful. (I'd use about 10 activated drops in the footbath.
