mms1

Well Gregorio I got to my 5th dose of 6 drops and 2 doses of mms2 1/8 of a cap. About 30 min. Later I started feeling nausea I ate some apple and seemed to feel a little better then it was time for my 6 dose of 6drops and 1/8 cap of mms2 but decided to only try mms1 , I drank the mms1 and almost threw up and didn't feel good at all. I was able to keep it down but I decided not to do any more today unless I feel good enough to continue. I will let you tomorrow if I was able to finish the 10 hour doses.

Remember is ok to stop and reevaluate if you need to reduce drops then reduce drops but keep taking some every hour without getting sicker. What I dont understand is that you promise Start on 3 drops an stay At that level while you introduce your mms2 and now you are saying 6 drops per hours.

I did it all wrong again no wonder I can't take the mms2, I'll have to start again with 3 drops and introduce the mms2. Thanks for the reminder.
