Hi jeffers. I've done the same thing many times. If you take a break, it'll time out and vanish. I've trained myself to copy the whole post before i take a break. That way, if it vanishes, I can paste it into a new reply. :>)

If you going to write a long post, I will suggest start your writing in NotePad or Microsoft word and then copy an paste the writing in your posting that way the timeout process does not cath you and you lost your time and effort. I also have that problem before and put all the thought again in place is hard.
