Hi, Panita. Welcome! I have found that I can breathe in the cd fumes every few minutes all day long as long as the fumes are NOT TOO STRONG. If I find them too strong, I add more water to the solution. It's an excellent way to get CD to the sinuses and lungs. Do it SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY!!!
To start, you could try 1ml or a 3 drop dose in a 1/2 l of water in a 1l plastic bottle and work from there. You could squeeze the bottle to get more fumes, but keep it capped between times and when you've had enough sniffing, drink the rest.
Expect to cough and sneeze.

I had ear infection, I was curing myself using MMS1. I did " -4 drops of MMS + activator in a very small glass (20cl = tequila glasses size), wait 1 minute until it changes color to amber and then add some hot water. Fill a pipette with this solution, a bottle of ear drops or a syringe" and I was taking protocol 1000. Unfortunately after 3 days I coulnd t continue it, I had horrible pain and decided to go to hospital. They gave me antibiotic and after 2 days I m fully restored. So I don t recommend using MMS to ear infection.
