Fundamentals for using MMS was created by jeffers
hi ev1
We have just succeeded in making a litre of mms from the flakes. and am making cds at present.
In the "Fundamentals for using mms" there is some brilliant info. i have printed it out for referral as i have prob with memory retention. (brain fog) As i have problems with mms I have found that cds suits me better, and I am wondering if all the recommendations will work with cds, what I mean is ifi substitute mms for cds would it be as effective as mms.as i dont understand the chemistry stuff
thanx
jeff

Hi Jeffers. In general the MMS is considered to be the strongest but difficult to take for most people. Try the cds and see how it works for you and it would be great if you can share your experience on the forum. If you don't find it effective you can try cdh, which is even easier to make and in my opinion stronger.
My best wishes and I hope you and yours will be well soon.

My recommendation if you go that way, double the amount of ML for the amount of drops that you was on MMS alone. For example if you take 24 drops of mms you get 48 ml or cc of cds. People that are already on MMS has returning back because did not feel the same effect after they switch from MMS to CDS and return back to MMS. The problem is equivalence and the way the gas is dissolve in the water that is loosing concentration every time you open and close the bottle. Hope this help your daily takes.jeffers wrote: hi ev1
