I've finished day 4 of MMS (1000) and have worked up from 1/4 drop to 2 drops per hour. I've developed a cough. No one else has it so I'm not sick. Is this normal?

Hello Angel.

It may just be your way of expelling something that's not meant to be there. I suggest you keep going, slowly does it.

Is most probable that you are adding to little water to your mix and is too concentrate. That will remove the biofilm in your upper track. Try to dilute more your hourly intake or change the method to GelCaps that will be no taste and not smell when you take your daily dose.

Thanks for the replies.

I've been diluting to 3/4C and upped to 3 drops today. Will try to dilute to a solid cup.

Hi MMS is very rough try 4 CHL we discovered its a lot to take with softer on tunny you don't feel hope it helps you

Thanks! I'm suspecting that my home has a mold problem. I've had numerous health issues since we moved here, my children, too. For no reason. All of which can be connected to mold. Then, the coughing...

I've read about that but I worry that it won't work well enough. Without being sure, I have to assume it is all over the house. The idea about putting it in thcentral air system is a good one. Will definitely need more MMS. Thanks!
