making mms

i have got the mms flakes and the instructions (making mms - google docs) under what you will need states a quart distilled water but it tells you to pour the 100grms sodium chlorite into 9 ounces of water and heat it to dissolve. then cool. what i am unclear aboutis the rest of the distilled water......... do i add the 9oz mix taken from the quart, to whats left of the quart. any help please. its not very clear on the instructions.

Don't know where you got the instructions from. Have you got Jim Humble's book? Do you have a gram scale that weighs to .01 gram? Everything is done by weight, not by volume.

yes i have got the scale. the volume was distilled water and the flakes was 100 grams.

i have got the bookwhich i downloaded after reading the 1st part, but at the moment cant access it as i have had pc prob and dont know where it is.

I'm not sure where these directions came from - since someone uploaded them from somewhere - there's no name attached. They could be valid, they might not be, I don't know. I'm not going to recreate the directions to find out if they're right.

I make MMS regularly (made some last week) - and the way I do it is to place my pot on a 1/10 gram scale, tare it to zero. I I add as much water as I wish, I then measure the weight of the water. I calculate what 28% of that is, and I remove to that weight, I add back in sodium chlorite flakes until I come to the original weight measure.

So, say I have a pot of water with 9 oz of water in it. I weigh that. Say, it comes to 600.2 grams. (this is not the actual weight, I made it up) - 28% of that is going to be .28 x 600.2, or 168.056 grams. Round it to 168.06.
I subtract 168.06 from the 600.2, which leaves me 431.6. I just start dipping water out until my water equals in weight 431.6. Once I'm there, I start adding in the sodium chlorite flakes until the water/SC mixture is 600.2 again. (gotta do the last few pieces very slowly).

Now, there are other people who have other directions - I, personally, have done this one (it was how I was trained by Mark in the training) - so I can vouch for it. as I said, others can and probably will chime in with their procedures.

many thanks for your info.As you know, along with h attacks, i have had a mini stroke and my mind does not take in alot. could you please tell me in simple terms how i would make some. or point me in the right direction where it is explained very basically. i cant cope with % unless it is described very basically. (an unfortunate problem that the stroke left me with)

i manage to cope as long as its very basic, and i have learned to check and double check things that i do. (that includes simple thing like making tea).

since using mms my legs and ankles have virtually no swelling any more.my breathing is much much better, my arthritis and diabetes have improved a great deal and my blood pressure that was 200/100 has come down on average to 130/80. i am actually able to sleep without being continually woken up in pain.. i am taking morphine less and less.

its been a struggle as i had probs with mms and cdh which gave me severe nausea and diarea (which i spoke abouton here) but cds is perfect for me. (also my dog is getting better to)

I know theres a long way togo yet, and thats why i decided to buy the flakes and make my own. (it looked so simple on you tube) here in the uk chlorine dioxide is a dirty word.

Can you not purchase online? If you are having brain fog to this extent, I would not recommend making it on your own - I would wait until the brain fog lifts a bit - which it will. You can also go to the Buy MMS link at the top of the page and see if you have any local suppliers - Leon could give you more information, also...

it is getting to do things myself (i have a helper, but she is not into mms and more or less believes the negative stuff, but she said she will help me do it. and as she is a non believer i thought the less complicated it is i can hopefully explain to her.

i had a prob with supply as its not supposed to come into the uk. customs stopped the packet. then another order was bad stuff (i noticed tyhey are forbidding it in spain as well), Also lots of suppliers say they cant post to the uk. so i got the flakes so i could make my own.

have spoken to leon when i had the bad stuff and told him i was going to get flakes
