Removing Toxins

Hi.

First time poster here. After having suffered with autoimmune issues for 8 years and reading about MMS (skeptically I might add) for several years, I've decided to try it. I don't know whether I still have an active Lyme infection or not and am going to be tested soon. However, I have a heterzygous compound MTHFR gene mutation that presently greatly limits my ability to detox. Therefore any toxins released by dead or dying pathogens just continue to circulate and wreak havoc in my body symptom-wise. Does anyone know if MMS destroys or cleans out from the body the actual toxins released by the bacteria and other toxins as well? Thank you.

Hi, Drmike. Welcome to the forum. It would seem that your problem is not as simple as a bacterial/viral disease. I don't recall anyone having posted about such a problem.

Before getting heavily into MMS, you might consider MMS2, calcium hypochlorite, which turns to hypochlorous acid, augmenting the body's own production and which is necessary for the immune system functions.
These decisions are entirely personal, of course.

Thank you for the reply. I'm already working with a cellular detoxification specialist to address the MTHFR mutation, and we're making some headway. However, I've got a couple more questions if you don't mind. 1st, I've read that nausea and vomiting are very common (almost inevitable) according to one article I read, when taking MMS? Is this true? Also, I've tried to purchase MMS online from two different websites who told me MMS wasn't available anymore in the USA since the FDA shut it down. Is that true? If so, do you know where I could purchase it? Thank you so much for your help. I will definitely keep everyone informed of my progress.
