If you are wanting to rid your body of toxin, etc. etc. , you should do Protocol 1000 (see at the top of the forum for protocols). it should be done for at least 8 hrs a day to detoxify. Yes Paul is right - It is good to take MMS even though you haven't completed. BUT - Jim says to continue taking MMS till you are well. You should have just stayed at a low dose till your body would let you move up to 3 drops each hour for 8 hrs.

You also could have gone to CDS or activated your MMS with HCL instead of citric acid, I've heard it is easier on system. You didn't say for sure what your problem was with feeling bad while dosing: was it nausea, diarrhea or what? If it was nausea, they say you could eat an apple or a bite of something before your dose, would help your stomach. If it was diarrhea then I think just lowering the dose is the best..
