MMS has definitely helped me so much with my joint pains and whilst they are 99% gone they do come back a little over times when I don't take MMS.

I've never managed to do the full Protocol 1000 for various reasons, as first the nausea, then the stomach ache, then the smell - now most of those symptoms have become so minor the only thing really stopping me from doing the full 3 week course is the taste and the diarrhea. In the beginning I think taking MMS was helping me get rid of a lot of heavy metals (Mercury) which I believe I've had inside of me since I was a child and had many silver fillings.

Now I want to try and get rid of my joint pains for good and do a 3 week course of MMS, for the full 8 hours a day. It's only the thought of the diarrhea that's putting me off.

Whats bad about the diarrhea for me is that when I take MMS I'm never quite sure when it will come - usually it's 2 or 3 days after I've taken the MMS.

And this uncertainty that puts me off - not knowing when it will strike and will it come upon me when I'm out and about.

Does the new CHD reduce the diarrhea? or is the diarrhea the body's way of detoxing?

First what activator are you using , HCL or Citric Acid. If is Citric Acid probably you are developing the condition where you feeding a particular bacteria that get feed with Citric Acid and cause diarreah. Also why you don't try the Gel Caps methods is easy and odorless.

I use a 50% Citric Acid solution as that's what came with my kit

I've never heard anything mentioned before about feeding a particular bacteria with citric acid, do you have more information?

Yes but it came from Andreas Kalcker web site and is in Spanish. but they call the bacteria Citrobacter. For that reason they don't want Citric Acid and only use HCL 4%. If you have those diarreah every once in a while, I recommend you to buy Muriatic Acid in Home Depot or other Home improvement store and dilute the solution to 4%. If you are able to get the bottle , replay back and I told you how to make the solution.

HCl (HCL with a small letter L) = Hydrochloric acid
Other names for HCl is muriatic acid, acidum salis and spirits of salt. (Wikipedia.)

How to dilute HCl to 4% strength:
g2cforum.org/index.php/list/mms1/25606-how-to-make-hcl-4-solution-mms-activation-solution-must-be-4#30540

Its very important when dealing with HCl in strengths above 5% to be very careful.

### WARNING
HCl at strength prior to dilution can cause tissue damage, permanent blindness, and scarring. 35% HCl will begin to digest your flesh.
If you do not know what you are doing, or if you are not 100% sure of what you are doing, then do not do it.

HCL is dangerous in the strength of 25-35%.

We all have low strength HCL in our stomach, for digestion.
Low strength HCL is used in many pharmaceutical applications -- and in drinking water.
WARNING ###

Make a habit of two things:
to help; or at least to do no harm.
Walking is man's best medicine.
Everything in excess is opposed to nature.

Have you thought about using MMS2, which Jim says may be better than MMS1? You never get sick
- it does smell, but as it is a capsule - I just hold my nose and swallow.

I'll look into HCL but so far can't seem to find it as a ready made kit with MMS in the UK - if anyone knows then please post or PM me.

Other then that - is there a way to activate MMS with my existing citric acid but have the acid more neutralized after the reaction has taken place?

Will leaving the MMS and Citric Acid for longer to react help?

I normally mix the two together, cover the glass and wait about 1 minute before adding water and drinking it right away.

What about if I mix MMS and Citric Acid, add water and then put that into an airtight thermos flask? and leave it for several hours or overnight t? Will that help reduce the citric acid?

Oh and I also have DMSO if that helps.

All of Kerri's people do HCl at 4% - Also, we've used regular Citric Acid at 50% for years - Andreas believes that people are having a reaction to the citric acid, which is why he says to dilute it to 35% and allow it to activate longer.

The longer it activates outside the stomach, the "stronger" it will taste, but the more the citric acid will be utilized in the activation process. - you're going to get the same amount of sodium chlorite.

Citric acid does not do well on dilute solution, unless you heated the water before mix. Probably you making reference to Kerri Rivera CDS solution for Autism Kid. That will be another alternative for you doing the close container with 1000 ml of distilled water and 75 ml of SC and 75 ml of CA in a wine glass inside of that big container. Then after 24 hours remove the wine glass and add 20 ml of SC to stabilize the solution put in a amber bottle and keep in the fridge. That solution as per Kerri is 1ml = 1 drop of MMS.
