postmarkheaven,
I put mms straight on my neck to see what would happen, and it did burn a bit, left it on, didn't wash it off, and it was red for 2 or 3 days.

But I promise, straight mms on a age spot and it crusts up and falls off, each type of age spot is different, some react soon - the next day it falls off, some take more time, probably depends how deep it was....some take several applications. I drop a drop on a Q-tip and touch, sometimes it runs or goes outside the spot, it has never bothered the outside skin....except where the skin is sensitive.

So, postmark, is your neck okay now?

How can I penetrate my neck better? I am tempted to get a syringe and squirt mms into my neck. I cannot get the neck pain to go away. My neck is so tight and there are knots around my shoulders and upper back. I am guessing now that it might not be a virus and is probably a severe magnesium deficiency. Is there a test for this?

If you think you are low on Magnesium here is some good info to get it into you and bypass the digestive system. This way your body can absorb much more and more easily! www.health-science-spirit.com/MagOil.htm

Here is a link to a good quality magnesium. Not cheap but it is good. I use it on me and like it. www.ancient-minerals.com/magnesium-chloride/

The spray needs to be left on for about 20 minutes then you can wash the area with plain water otherwise it will leave a sticky or dry residue that you may not want to leave on.

I am doing Mag oil and taking mag chloride powder 00 capsules 3-4. The pain goes away and then come back. I have read almost every article by walter last, love his info. so maybe I might try injections of mag oil. I have a lot of nurses in my family so I can get them to tell me how. Let you all know if it works.

I take magnesium for constipation....so, are you constipated? How would you know you are low in mag.? Taking shots sounds really severe and scary to me. Just because a high dose takes away the pain, it isn't curing you, time to think elsewhere.

You should really try seeing a chiropractor, they are fabulous these days, so see a young one. They not only crack you if needed they massage you to get the knots out, and they know how, unlike a massage therapist. But seeing a massage therapist would be a better step in the right direction.

MMS straight does not burn....I've put it on so many times, it only "burns" in that it turns the skin red, but that goes away. It eats the bad tissue....the spots on my hands are totally gone as I put it on and forget it. Whereas my face, I put it on, after a few minutes I wash it off...so I have to reapply a few times to get rid of the bad skin......but sometimes I leave it on my face as well, then it works fast, and sometimes it turns the skin a lighter color around the spot. Thing is, all skin and conditions invoke a different response, which is probably why Jim says it burns, he used it once, it turned red, so he said don't do it. Test it first.

My guess is that he made the statement after he got hundreds of emails complaining about the "burning." -

No all your pains are cause by virus or bacteria, I put myself in a very difficult job and my body suffer the toll. Three month with a chiropractor and massages help me put my body back on tract. MMS is excellent, but sometimes our problems are not related to pathogens or heavy metals. Is just muscle that are affected by our bad actions or bad posture.

That is probably my case since I am very stressed out homeschooling right now with an infant and a possible expat move to Norway for my husband's job. I think I will try to get some help with everyday things and get that book Jim recommends by Pete Egoscue. I know my posture is horrible because after four pregnancies pretty much back to back I have not worked to build up my core and I slouch really bad when I sit.

My neck has healed nicely. It was when I put the activated mms and dmso that I got the burning, itching and flaking. I go to a chiropractor once a week and the adjustment last for about a day. I have a spot I can literally point to where the inflammation is and it comes and goes. I will have a period of intense pain and then take mms or my antioxidant regimen (msm, iodine, mag chlor (oral and transdermal), vitamin c sodium ascorbate) and get this period of no pain and almost a euphoria of feeling great then the pain comes back. I am not sure what path to take since I have gotten the same results with both plans. If it is posture wouldn't it be constant since the nerves would be damaged or am I healing them a little bit then reinjuring it again by my bad posture. See, I don't know and that is why I am frustrated. Also, I think I mentioned somewhere else on the forum that I am going through jaw expansion therapy since I had extraction orthodontics when I was twelve where they removed four permanent bicuspids and now I have had an expander for two years and now braces to get those spaces back to put in zirconia implants to replace the teeth. Geez Louiz! So, between parasites, jaw expansion, stress, poor posture, virus, bacteria, I don't know what is causing my pain in the neck which is causing my fatigue and poor sleeping.
