Hi, finally I got my MMS so I am ready to go. However, I have few doubts. The activator is not citric acid anymore, it's HCL Acid 4%.
My question is: Do I have to wait 1 minute or 30 seconds?

As I want to do protocol 1000, I am not sure if it's compatible with my meal timetable. I have breakfast at 9h, lunch at 15h and dinner at 21h. Can I start taking it for example at 10h then stop at 14h and continue later? Or it's better to do all continuously? Besides, do I have to avoid any form of foods containing vitamin C ( during 21 days?)

Thanks in advance!

Depends on what you're doing. Jim Humble would say 20 seconds - Kerri Rivera would say 1 minute.

Don't worry about the eating - try to stay on a well balanced diet (meat and veges, limit starches and sugars) - and try to give yourself at least 15-30 minutes between doses. And yes, I would avoid any form of Vitamin C, ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate during the 3 weeks of the 1000 protocol. The problem is the half-life of the vitamin C - it's longer than a couple of hours, unfortunately. You can have Vitamin C that occurs naturally in foods (like veges), but not in juices, or oranges, and I've recently seen a test where taking it with lemon juice (i know we activate with lemon juice) - or lemonade has decreased the strength of the MMS.

Vitamin A is a high antioxidant food - I don't have the faintest idea what it's half-life is, but if you were to give it to your son, I'd do it 2 hours after his last dose of MMS>

Is it okay to take for example: 10h to 14h (4 times) then from 16h to 20h (4 more) . Total 8 hours. Or should I avoid gaps in the middle? And I I don't consume any Vitamin C or Antioxidants, then...I can take non stop every hours ?

If you need that gap, you can do it. You'll lose the advantage of the overlap in dosings - but I know of parents who are treating their children and have to wait until they get home from school to dose.
