Since we have some forum members who are fond of cinnamon, I thought I would add this URL on the types of cinnamon available.

For fungus infections on the skin, in cases for which MMS is ineffective, I have tested all of the following which all act in minutes , and all applied topically :
Astec/calcium bentonite/Montmorillionite clay; painless
Cinnamon; minor sting for less than 1 minute
Tinactin (tmr); major sting for 3 minutes
