I never experience that on my hand. I experience fungus on my feet and I prepared a mix of Sodium Chlorite 28% and Citric Acid 50% in 1:1 rate. I use 40 drops of each one and added to the warm water in a vase that hold at least 2 gallons of water and put my feet there for an hour while watching TV. The foungus go away and the inflammation also. You can also make a solution with 10 drop of SC and 10 drops of Citric acid let 20 second to react then add 20 drops of DMSO mix and wait 1 to 3 minute for the DMSO to enter in a mixture and apply this mix directly to your finger nails.

Before use DMSO, make the test in your arm alone and wait 24 hours to verify you don't have any reaction to it.
