Making CDS was created by shelfrespect
My sincere apologies - must have bee having a "senior" moment. My previous request should have read as below. I'm wanting to make CDS, NOT CDH.

Could someone please provide with the most recent Youtube (& any other you think useful) link on making CDS?

Many thanx

Thanks so much. I've watched Kerrie's videos & they're wonderful & very simple & instructive. I have the test strips. But the reading isn't visible on the video. Are you or anyone able to direct me to a visual of what I should be aiming for? Also, another question. I know things are constantly changing/improving with this amazing product. I'm treating myself for cancer & am taking hourly (increasing) doses. Is this still the current thinking?

There changes in that video, the stabilizer that she add at the end is no longer use. But in your case I will recommend continue use. Because the addition of SC no activated will improve the amount of CL02 that you going to produce in the stomach at the end. For people with cancer the recommended protocol is 2000. You can use cds but you need to add the MMS2 pill every two hours at max of 5 pill per day. Start slow with that pill. If you read the book the suggestion in the book is one full pill but that changed also to just half of the # 0 pill or one # 3 pill full. Again start slowly adding MMS2 until you can reach 5 pills per day.

Do not use the stabilizer in the CDS. There is a REASON that the decision was made to alter that particular protocol.

Raw MMS should never be drunk, according to Jim Humble.

Thank you Pam. Can you assist with my test strip query. I do have the test strips, but I'm still not clear on the reading I should be aiming for. I've watched the following video:

Is there a clearer visual that you can direct me to?

I don't think that a video has been done on how to read the tests.

It literally is as simple as putting 1 ml of CDS into 30ml of distilled water. Stir with a plastic spoon (to get well mixed) then take your measuring strip and stick it in the 30ml - hold for 2 seconds. Remove, do not shake. In 10 seconds compare to the colors on the bottle. You SHOULD be reading around 100 on the testing strip (30x100= 3000, and we're going for a 3000ppm reading)
