Parts /million

I live in the Philippines, and so far I've only been able to get Liquid Sodium Chlorite at 25%.
1. How does one measure and mix with 50% or 35% citric acid come out the proper mixture?
2. How would the parts per million be figured for 3000 parts / Million?
3. For CDS I prefer the shot glass method because the acid is discarded after Activation for taste purposes.

Hi you mix 50 to 50 MMS and citric but can you get HCL its much softer on tummy I not sure how drops your using but MMS HCL ITS 1 by 1 and as much distilled water as you need do you Jims book if you haven't you need purchase it
