For the past 7 days, I've taken 2 drops/day of MMS (just starting). Each night, I have severe nocturnal hypoglycemia. My blood sugar and cortisol levels drop, my body feels like it's in shock, and I am very hungry. I wake up exhausted, like I've been through physical trauma. I experience these nocturnal sugar/cortisol crashes only when I do something that shocks my body during the day, ie, swim in cold water or consume processed sugar. It seems that the MMS is causing the same thing to happen -- it must be a shock to my body (I have severe adrenal fatigue and cannot strain my body during the day without getting these episodes at night). Has anyone else experienced this?

Not that I've heard - MMS only kills pathogens.

We know that MMS restore the functionality of your pancreas when is cause by a pathogen. Probably what you feeling is the response of your pancreas releasing insulin and you don't have sugar present because you are using a substitute. Probably is time to start eating sugar when you are in MMS. But that is your own decision.

Are you eating proteins at night? It might take that to smooth your blood sugars over the night period. I had a dear friend who was vegan who had awful problems at night with sleeping and so on - the doc put him on protein at night and it all went away. I would avoid sugar as it will simply cause a crash later.

Yes, I avoid sugar (because it causes crashes and nocturnal hypoglycemia) and I eat protein at night before bed. The only time I have this type of reaction is when I have an allergic reaction to something, as I do to many herbs, or when my body is under strain. I think the MMS is causing strain on my body, which is why I'm having these nighttime episodes. I haven't used any MMS today and I'll see how I do tonight.

When Im in MMS protocol I'm on stress. No because MMS cause me stress, is the method of drinking it and the process. Is no easy to maintained the food intake that did not cause problem with MMS. Over that you have your over reactive pancreas that is producing more insulin that the amount of sugar you have in the body. Because with or without MMS you still have the problem. You should check also if the protein trade mark you are using also have other ingredients that can cause you that.

No, it's the MMS that's causing my sugar to crash in the night. I didn't take any yesterday (for the first time in 7 days) and my sugars didn't crash during the night for the first time in 7 days.
