Dehydration was created by ftpbtp

Has anyone experienced dehydration from taking CDS regularly? I tend to stop protocol 1000 within 2 days because I get dehydrated....

Any suggestions?

drink more water. I did CDS for 4 months - you need the extra water to help expel the dead pathogens.
