I honesty recommend you go to the Pill Method is less problematic and the amount of CL02 that is produced is release in the stomach and go directly to the body.

I always experience a little bit of discomfort in the third dose, that is cause by the overlapping effect of the doses is when the the amount of CL02 is higher. I overcome this using potato chips.

Chileno - I too recommend the capsules - much easier..just drink water w/ pill.
Also I highly recommend the book "How to Cure Diabetes" by Sherry A. Rogers, M.D. about $23.95. Tons on info on blood pressure, etc. Amazon or www.prestigepublishing.com . I'm doing the diabetes-warrior diet and the MMS in capsules. May add the MMS2 at some point. :/

Only 5 days left for the end of my protocol 1000. I wonder why after so many year that Mr. Humbles bring this information to public, nobody came to the front and develop a solid form of MMS. If they are using HCL to activate the SC, why is not done in solid yet. I have background in pharmaceutical and I was testing making a pill that have the equivalent of 6 drops and adding the equivalent of the HCL we have in the stomach and so far Im getting the same PPM for 6 drops that read 100 ppm. My question is Why MMS can not be dose in Solid Form? What secret is around this? I ask because Im new here probably there history of people that try before and become Ill drinking SC alone.

Thank you for the recommendation guys, but I am doing well. I take my dose with about 6oz of water and then drink another 6 to 8oz of pure water, that does it.

There no problem drinking water. If you notice in the third dose is when you feel an strong reaction to the dose, the reason for that is because your first and second dose still active and your third dose is making the concentration at the higher point. When the fourth enter to the system is no going to make the concentration any higher. We call that the overlapping effect.

This is not an easy journey. Yesterday the fourth dose give me like a flash from the stomach to my lungs an suddenly a Nausea that did not develop but keep me in alert for 10 to 15 min. Because was the last one of the day I drink a little more water and eat some crackers. The condition pass and finish without more consequences. Only two more left. I continue using SC over my skin mole and wart and the wart respond more quickly to the SC 28% , some of the skin mole are now responding. I'm not very consistence on this but is working.
