Hi Pam or Ray or another Bishop,
I and my family and friends have for the past year and have experienced reasonable success using mms1 for various infections, like flu, eye infection etc. I sourced ready made mms from 2 different independent suppliers ( at the time one supplier was a Bishop who has since been expelled from genesis2 church ) Whilst waiting the 20 seconds plus for activation, i noticed that the colour was never amber/brown as described by Jim Humble et al, but was pale yellow.
I have now bought my own sodium chlorite powder and 50% citric acid. I have made and tested the chlodioxde and it is truly amber/brown in colour and i can see some gassing off, which i never saw on the ready made mms1 that i had previously bought.
Does this mean that the stuff i had been using up to now was too weak, and therefore not as effective as it should have been

thqnks so much for that confirmation Ray. I can only assume that some suppliers whether JH approved or not, are prepared to sell a weaker mixture to increase their profits, which is disgusting when sick people need the right stuff. JH should use 'secret customer buyers' once or twice a year to see if his approved sellers are keeping up the standards.
Im so glad i took the decision to make my own, even tho it is problematic finding a supplier . .

But Ray, its either greed or incompetence, as the supplier could quite easily check the sodium chlorite like i did BEFORE they make mms and supply it, which is their ethical responsibility to the buyer. I dont automatically think evil of someone, but iv lived long enough to know there are many who will cut corners to make an extra buck. Lets hope its simply incompetence. Thanks again for all the support you freely give on this forum, it helps people like me so much.

Ray do you mean SC or MMS?
It is too bad we have two chemicals with the same name.
And I presume when you say 4oz you mean 4 fl oz. Right?
The 5.5 ounces is weight and not volume because of the included word "weight."
If we use the metric system we would not have this confusion between ounces and fluid ounces.
Now the Seminar written test tells us that 4OZ of MMS should weigh 5.5 OZ.

I recently purchased 5# of Sodium Chlorite 80% Flakes, Technical Grade on eBay from a seller (buy-chems) who has a 100% feedback rating. I have used the SC and it seems to be the real deal. The cost was $13 per pound, delivered. He used UPS and declared the contents, not like some sellers who ship through the postal service which is illegal.
It is not difficult to make a 22.4% SC solution.

I have lived in Ireland and I know the problems of finding "stuff" there. Friends would regularly ship me things from the States via the post even though many were taxed at 22% VAT by customs. It is expensive to live outside the USA!
I guess SC flakes could be labeled water purification flakes or something like that.
