poison oak and ratio of mms to citric acid was created by azulagua
I'm wondering if the ratio of MMS to citric acid has changed. It was one to one last I heard but now I am seeing it as 1MMS to 5 Citric acid???
Also want to know how best to treat poison oak? I'm thinking soaking in 20-30 drops for half hour....and doing internally as much as able. Can anyone clarify this? Maybe add a spray bottle for in-between baths?
Thanks for your help. Good to know you folks are here!

The 1 to 5 ratio is if you have 10% citric acid or lemon juice and that preceded the current 1 to 1 with 50% citric acid or preferably 4% HCL.
Activation time with 1 to 1 should be 1 minute and 3 minutes for 1 to 5.

I came in contact with poison oak this past weekend around my ankles. I have been using the spray protocol two or three times a day. Should I use the spray more often? And do you have an idea how long it will take the MMS1 spray to clear up the poison oak?

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

My gut says to spray it once an hour, but I would not exceed the protocol as it is written.
I know the stuuf I drink,[ CDS7 drops and 7 DMSO ] works on my teeth whenever I feel the need to use it as a mouthwash [ the candida I have causes the gums to bleed ]
