how to do a vaginal douche for candida

I have been doing enema's for 3 months and now think I need to do a douche as I have cystitis like symptoms, and don't know what dose of MMS I need, advise please.

Hoi Whitters,

6 activated drops (no DMSO) of MMS. Let activate 3 minutes. Put in vaginal douche with luke warm water. Leave in for 3 minutes. Since the MMS is very soft, the douche can be repeated every day. It will not harm you.
As an extra health booster: put 3 L. Acidophilus caps (10 sec. In hot water) in yr vagina overnight.

Use distilled water in the douche and enema....and the idea of acidolophis is great, one capsule does me, of course all capsules are different sizes....but keep in mind you can get an overgrowth of the good bacteria too.
Sounds like too many enemas to me, the body needs to return to it's balance.

Actually, you can do a daily douche - and a recommended protocol for candida would be at least a month.

I have been polishing up on all I have read about the douche protocol. I wish it was easier to find. I seem to remember someone asking, "Why no DMSO in the douche?" I seem to remember reading that the red rubber bags we have here in the states can melt or react with the DMSO. I also remember ordering a blue plastic bag from Israel because this material did not interact with the DMSO. Am I correct? Reason being, because I want to start this protocol and want to be very sure. I also noticed in Kashambra's testimony she said she used the DMSO with the douche (assuming that she had access to the blue bags) and the topical spray on her stomach. Plus, of course the castor oil which was a game changer. Can someone kindly confirm what I am saying? I appreciate the help.
