First time on this forum asking a question. I guess I haven't been so diligent in keeping up with the MMS developments. Can anyone explain when and why we went from using 50% citric acid to using 4% HCL or 10% HCL for CDS as shown on the mmsinfo.org webpage (mmsinfo.org/infosheets/measuring_the_strength_of_CD_CDS_CDH.pdf)

Hi CC

It appears that HCl creates a bigger return prior to ingestion.
There is no way of telling how much MMS continues to activate in body, but we do know before it enters the body, HCl can produce a much higher yield of Chlorine Dioxide.

It is thought that nausea results from either herx reaction OR continued activation in stomach. The concern in part, is that MMS w/citric activates approx 20% compared with HCl activation pre ingestion.
In the case of CDH which is stored for hours, a full activation occurs outside the body. With MMS Citric we get 20% activation external and the rest internal, but we do not know the internal value of how much CD is produced once MMS Citric enters the body.

For sure MMS citric works.
We now think HCl activation may provide a higher yield of results.
And are testing it with users if they choose.

Also some are allergic or react to citric.
Also HCl activation has less taste.
But if you put MMS in Gel capsules taste issue is eliminated.

The older recipes are still valid and effective.
Members developed CDH and HCl activation working towards less nausea for users I believe.

There are many acids that activate MMS.
After many years of citric results we now are testing this new version.
CDH has all the same ingredients as regular MMS (btw citric can be used to make CDH 35%) but more fully activated. Which may reduce nausea if nausea is caused from internal activation of Sodium Chlorite.

HCl is produced in stomach as well, further offering opportunities for activation and creation of ClO2 gas.

Let us know how you do.

Ray,
I really appreciate the time and effort that you put into the reply to my query. I think I'll try to stick with citric acid for now since I have about 250 pounds of the stuff and the same amount of sodium chlorite! Lol. When Jim told me that the authorities would be shutting down all available sources of sodium chlorite I guess I took it to heart! Lol.
You mention that citric can be used to make CDH 35%........I thought we measured CDH in ppm....same as CDS.....? I don't know what the 35% refers to. I just recently ordered some chlorine dioxide test strips but have not received them yet. I wonder what kind of shelf life can be expected with CDH and CDS and also I wonder which of these (CDH vs CDS) would be most effective???
Thanks again.

Greg

Greg, Ray means to make regular CDH, we suggest you use 35% citric acid instead of 50% otherwise the CDH will be too hot.

However, the taste is greatly improved if you use 4% HCL instead of citric acid.

You may become a supplier of SC in the future to those who need it and are unable to find any.

Good thinking to stock up, in a big way!

Where in the US can someone buy the 4% HCL? Or should I buy 10% HCL?

Thanks,
Chloe

Chloe, you can check at the top of the page where it says Top Links: Buy MMS - click on that link and it will take you to the approved supplier list. Look for your country - find the local supplier - read it's site to see what they offer.

I have been ordering my supplies from keavyscorner.com - they are one of the suppliers that is listed on the web site as an approved supplier. They are in Florida and have been very helpful to me.
Like Pam said, you can also check the list of suppliers on the web site - there might be another
one you would prefer to use. I just happen to like Keavys, but I know they are all good, or they wouldn't be on the approved list. ;)

I will try and answer your ?'s.

and also I wonder which of these (CDH vs CDS) would be most effective???

.

It would depend on what you are wanting to use it for: Per Jim's newsletter it was posted by JB13 on 1-4-14

“ CDH - A New Simpler MMS -mms_newsletter-logo.jpg -- A New Simpler MMS From Jim Humble A couple of our Health Ministers have been working on a new way of making up MMS which we have named CDH. I would like to acknowledge the work of two people, Scott McRae and Charlotte Lackney, who spent many long hours, first inventing and then further developing CDH. Their hard work is greatly appreciated and much benefit has already been derived from this new method of using MMS.

I would also like to mention that Kerri Rivera has been instrumental in proving CDH to be very effective with children, and others, who have autistic symptoms. CDH stands for Chlorine Dioxide Holding [Solution], and is basically a hybrid between classic MMS and CDS.

While CDS has no raw materials left in the final product, CDH does, making it similar to classic MMS. The main difference between classic MMS and CDH, however, is that the sodium chlorite is allowed to react with the acid for a much longer period of time which reduces the amount of unactivated sodium chlorite and activator left in the final CDH solution. Then, since CDH is more fully activated outside of the body, it causes little or no stomach upset in most people. Also, CDH made with 4% HCl tastes much better. (Note: For those who still have a problem with the taste, “Sweetleaf” brand liquid stevia has been tested and is compatible with MMS, thus can be used to make it taste even better.)

Below are some advantages of using CDH. Many people have already reported better results than the other forms of taking MMS, but of course, this is not guaranteed.
1. Tastes better 2. Lot less stomach upset 3. Once made it does not need activation, lasts for weeks 4. Appears to have better results”

So, CDH would be used the same as MMS also doesn't need to be activated as it was when it was made. LIKE MMS1, it is for indirect contact, i.e. goes through stomach and partially through intestines before it enters the blood. ALSO for Malaria because malaria parasites are in the blood.

CDS is used for direct contact, i.e. skin, eyes, ears, bites, stings, colon or douche where could touch unhealthy area. CDS didn't work as well as MMS1 on malaria. I have not found where I have read the shelf life on CDS –

A lot of people are using the CDH instead of the MMS1 - because of taste and nausea factors and are having good results.

No matter which you use - just don't give up or quit - if you have problems - lower your dose, but don't quit, unless the problems are severe - then you should stop for a few days and start back up again at a lower dose. Just keep on keeping on!

Maybe others who know more, would comment on that.
