inch by inch with the cds was created by clarity
Hello,

I am happy today because last night I managed to drink a little over an ounce of cds. My solution was 1ml of cds in 4.5 oz of distilled h20. It was a small amount but I am really pleased that it did not make me nauseated. I have nausea every morning from an intestinal problem where the cause is unknown. Hopefully just a stomach bug.

I coughed a bit after each sip and got very tired but I take that as a sign it is working. Probably got more tired than normal since I have been on a liquid diet for about a week. It seemed to clear my lungs of mucus and that's all good. My intestines purged at 1:30 AM and I do feel better today. I will take another ounce tonight before bed to see how it goes. I know it is all super slow but this seems to be all I can handle. The tricky times for me are early in the AM when I get awakened by nausea and have to run to the bathroom-like I did today. I take tiny pieces of reglan when the nausea does not subside. It helps me tolerate liquids and keeps me comfortable enuf to return to sleep. I will keep trying to get up to a normal dose and will begin the baths again.

Clarity, you could take smaller doses, more often, to keep the CLO2 more constant in your body.

You could also hold a sip in your mouth for a minute or so and some CLO2 will get absorbed, then swallow. Called the Mouth Holding Method (MHM). Might be easier on your stomach.
